I bought my first 35mm camera in 1973 and I haven't stopped shooting since.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, the image on this page should tell you all you need to know about the lengths to which I will go to turn a routine photo opportunity into something special.  

For me it's always about getting "the" shot, even if I'm about to get run over by an athlete in the heat of competition. Click here to see what I mean....

I'm based in Tallahassee, Florida, the starting point for photographic adventures that have taken me to many iconic sports venues and many of the world’s oldest cities.

My photography specialty? Variety. From sports action to models , from wildlife to astrophotography, there are very few things I don't shoot. I believe that a photographer can be a jack of many trades and still master them all. 

I stand on the shoulders of industry giants like Jay Maisel, Joe McNally, Moose Peterson, and Dave Black. It's been an honor and privilege to have learned from such gifted talents and they have made me better at what I love to do.
